Utilizing the freshest ingredients, sourced from local producers whenever possible, the new menu at dV will not disappoint you. Our passion for high quality locally sourced ingredients and techniques extend to our bar as well. Seasonal infusions like strawberry chili tequila and rosemary gin are just the beginning. We also make our own ginger beer, sour mix, and fresh squeezed citrus everyday! Come in and see the difference fresh makes!
