Utilizing the freshest ingredients, sourced from local producers whenever possible the new menu at dV will not disappoint you. Our passion for high quality locally sourced ingredients and techniques extend to our bar as well. Seasonal infusions like cranberry black pepper tequila and rosemary gin are just the beginning.
