"Noble Grapes and Mother Sauces"

Join us Wednesday May 20th at 6:30 for our monthly wine club. 

There are six noble grapes and five mother sauces that we will explore. While traditionally the noble grapes were considered french varieties, Jason Hisaw, an Advanced Sommelier and Director of Fine Wine Development & Education for Standard Beverage Corporation will discuss how they have expanded around the world. While Chef Mariel will use the mother sauces in both traditional and cutting edge ways!
